My 7 year old Daughhter was bit by a dog yesterday. The dogs came across the apartment complex unleashed and went after her from my car up my stairs biting her in 3 spots. The Owner is not corroperating with me and will not talk to me. I had her rushed to the emergancy room, a police report was made along with animal control being contacted. She is going to have emotional scarring now and i dont know what else to do. We will find out from her doctor if she will need to see an orthopedic
